My mother and I enjoyed our stay at the Farm! The unit was clean , small but has everything you need, and very well designed! I enjoyed how much access we had to the animals, we were able to feed and pet the animals inside the enclosure. The farm fresh eggs and other welcoming gifts were lovely. One morning we were suprised with Riley's homemade chocolate banana sourdough bread and it was delicious! Jack was an amazing host answered all of our questions and was super friendly. Rosie, the farm dog is a sweet girl. We will definitely be back!

This was as clean as any place we have ever stayed. The room was spacious and very relaxing. Jack, the host was very friendly and accommodating and we hope to stay here again. The surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the farm animals and his Labrador retriever Rosie was wonderful!

Great place to stay in Franklin! Really close to many stores and restaurants. Loved the animals! Jack is a great host and provided us with eggs for our breakfast! Definitely recommend for your Franklin stay!

This was such a unique experience and it totally lifted me and the wife’s spirits.
There were so many thoughtful details within the space that really made us feel welcomed and tons of amenities and the house is conveniently located to historic downtown Franklin.
Jack is a great communicator.
Rosie the golden retriever stole the show and was the best greeter.
The farm animals provided such a great experience.
We will definitely come back.

I loved this place so much. Looks exactly like the photos. They had the sweetest dog I’ve ever met. I love the location of their place, it’s near so many good places. I can’t wait to go back ! I will definitely be staying again

We had an amazing stay here! It was cozy and close to downtown Franklin while also still feeling like a private getaway. The cute animals outside were so fun, and Rosie, their dog, was so sweet! We definitely recommend staying here!!

Rosie, the golden retriever was a great welcome host upon our arrival at Jack and Riley’s cottage. We thought this Airbnb was one of the most hospitable places we have stayed. We especially enjoyed getting to pet and feed the cows and goats. It’s a quiet place for a getaway while being close to downtown and shopping.

Location is fantastic with short drive into Franklin or Leipers Fork.
The farm animals and golden retriever on the property right outside the back door also made it such a fun stay.

A little piece of heaven on earth! The unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The animals on the mini farm were so fun to pet & feed. Rosie the golden retriever was the highlight of my stay, she is the sweetest pup ever! Highly recommend & hope to visit again.

We had a lovely stay here, the place was clean, cosy and in a great location. We loved hanging out with the farm animals and sitting enjoying the view outside our room. Highly recommend and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
