Franklin Farm Cottage | Between Leipers & Franklin

Enjoy your stay at our mini-farm retreat located between downtown Franklin and Leipers fork. Enjoy the view of our mini highland cows and goats out your back window. Start your morning with fresh chicken eggs from our hens and watch retriever Rosie tromping about the farm. We have a full kitchen, keurig, french press, fire tv, washer and dryer, and a full bathroom. You will have access to a gym and sauna shared with the other unit and the main house. 7 minutes to Downtown and Leipers Fork

If you are booking on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening we likely are having a bible study or worship night in the warehouse. You will still have your privacy in your unit and your dedicated parking space in front of your unit. There may be a number of cars in the driveway. Also, please don't let Rosie, our golden retriever, into your unit!

Accessibility and Availability

Guest Access

You are welcome to enjoy your unit, the shared gym and sauna in the warehouse, and to pet the animals - just be aware the fence surrounding them is electric! You are welcome to step over it as our animals are friendly. If you want to gather eggs, they will be in the barn!

My mother and I enjoyed our stay at the Farm! The unit was clean , small but has everything you need, and very well designed! I enjoyed how much access we had to the animals, we were able to feed and pet the animals inside the enclosure. The farm fresh eggs and other welcoming gifts were lovely. One morning we were suprised with Riley's homemade chocolate banana sourdough bread and it was delicious! Jack was an amazing host answered all of our questions and was super friendly. Rosie, the farm dog is a sweet girl. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Franklin! Really close to many stores and restaurants. Loved the animals! Jack is a great host and provided us with eggs for our breakfast! Definitely recommend for your Franklin stay!

I loved this place so much. Looks exactly like the photos. They had the sweetest dog I’ve ever met. I love the location of their place, it’s near so many good places. I can’t wait to go back ! I will definitely be staying again

Rosie, the golden retriever was a great welcome host upon our arrival at Jack and Riley’s cottage. We thought this Airbnb was one of the most hospitable places we have stayed. We especially enjoyed getting to pet and feed the cows and goats. It’s a quiet place for a getaway while being close to downtown and shopping.

A little piece of heaven on earth! The unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The animals on the mini farm were so fun to pet & feed. Rosie the golden retriever was the highlight of my stay, she is the sweetest pup ever! Highly recommend & hope to visit again.

We had a lovely stay here, the place was clean, cosy and in a great location. We loved hanging out with the farm animals and sitting enjoying the view outside our room. Highly recommend and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I was in the Nashville area for a workout competition. I was supposed to stay in East Nashville and found out at the last minute that my original air BNB had a frozen pipe! Jack's place not only saved my trip but felt like an upgrade and a gift to myself! Everything was so cute and cozy! It is the absolute perfect place for a solo trip or couples getaway! The big bonus was the goats, cows and dog that I got to pet and feed while I was there! I have already recommended Jack's place to a few people and if I ever find myself in the area again I will absolutely stay here!!
