Franklin Farm Cottage | Between Leipers & Franklin

Enjoy your stay at our mini-farm retreat located between downtown Franklin and Leipers fork. Enjoy the view of our mini highland cows and goats out your back window. Start your morning with fresh chicken eggs from our hens and watch retriever Rosie tromping about the farm. We have a full kitchen, keurig, french press, fire tv, washer and dryer, and a full bathroom. You will have access to a gym and sauna shared with the other unit and the main house. 7 minutes to downtown and Leipers Fork

If you are booking on a Tuesday, Friday, or Saturday evening we likely are having a bible study or worship night in the warehouse. You will still have your privacy in your unit and your dedicated parking space in front of your unit. There may be a number of cars in the driveway. We have two Airbnb units with a shared wall in between them. They are separate apartments. Also, please don't let Rosie, our golden retriever, into your unit!

Accessibility and Availability

Guest Access

You are welcome to enjoy your unit, the shared gym and sauna in the warehouse, the fire pit, and to pet the animals - just be aware the fence surrounding them is electric! You are welcome to step over it as our animals are friendly. If you want to gather eggs, they will be in the barn!

Peaceful & clean space & lovely hosts. The Highland cows, goats, and chickens were an added blessing for us to feed and enjoy watching while sitting outside having our morning coffee. Great place close to Leiper’s Fork & Franklin. Highly recommend! We’ll return to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little farm! We spent the week in Nashville, so it was the perfect way to end our Tennessee trip. The animals were so sweet and brought us many laughs. The unit was super clean and cozy. We were sad because we didn’t see the famous Rosie, BUT as we were about to drive away, there she was to tell us goodbye!!! We are already trying to find a reason to come back! Thank you!

Jack was very responsive and even accommodated us last minute! The farm was great, we loved the treats and being able to interact with the animals. The room was clean and had everything we could've needed! Great + peaceful atmosphere!

This has got to be my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! First, the unit itself. The unit was super clean and very updated. The bed was very comfy. The kitchen was super nice. & the bathroom was very clean. The washer & dryer were a bonus! The animals were absolutely perfect! The dog was so friendly and we loved petting her tons. We enjoyed feeding the goats & the cows and loved getting to pet them. It was truly such a fun experience that I don’t think you can get at other airbnbs. The unit was also very central to everything we wanted. Downtown wasn’t very far & Leiper’s fork was super close by! Made this spot super easy for all our needs. I will for sure stay here again next time I am in the area!

Jack & Riley were amazing, their home was amazing. Best Airbnb experience ever. I’m obsessed with highland cows and their place made me feel like my dreams of owning my own could come true one day! Highly recommend their stay! Riley was so friendly, loved chatting with her. Rosie is the cutest greeter ever. Our baby boy loved all the animals!
